    Brownie Peanut Butter Bites

    1 pkg. (15 oz) Brownie Mix
    1/3 C. Hot Water
    1/4 C. Veg. Oil
    1 Egg
    48 Mini Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped
    48 Foil mini muffin pan liners

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350'.
    Combine brownie mix, water, oil, and egg. Mix and beat well. Fill foil liners about 1/2 full, pres one peanut butter cup into the middle of each. Bake for 15-20 minutes or the brownie is set. Cool completely.

    ***You can also use Rolo's in place of the peanut butter cups***
