    Two words- CREAM PUFFS!!! Need I say more.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. Water
    1 stick Butter/Marg.
    1/4 t. Salt
    1 C. Flour
    4 Eggs
    Pudding for filling

    Recipe



    Take the water, butter, and salt and bring to a rolling boil. Add and stir quick the flour. Everything will go to the middle of the pan. Make sure the flour is cooked good.
    Remove from heat and let cool. While still "warm", take the eggs one at a time and beat into the mixture. Drop by Tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. (2 across, 4 down) Bake at 425' for 30-35 minutes.

    Makes about 18 puffs.
    After cool, cut tops part of the way off and fill with prepared pudding.

    ***If I use chocolate pudding, I sprinkle the tops with powdered sugar. If I use vanilla pudding, I glaze the tops with chocolate frosting.***
