    List of Ingredients




    2- 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese
    1 lrg. Cool whip
    1/2 C. Sugar
    1/2 stick Butter, softned
    1/2 C. Sugar
    2 C. Crushed Pretzels
    2 cns. Crushed Pineapple
    2 T. Cornstarch

    Recipe



    Mix together; cream cheese, cool whip, and 1/2 C. sugar. Set aside.
    Blend together; butter, 1/2 c. sugar, and pretzels.Set aside.
    Mix together; pineapple and cornstarch in a sm. saucepan and bring to a boil. Set aside.

    Press the pretzel mixture on botom a 9x13" pan (I use glass).
    Next, add the cream cheese mixture, then the pineapple mixture while it's still warm.
    Refridgerate till ready to serve and store in leftovers in the fridge.
