    Cut up pita's into peices and bake sprayed w/ pam and sprinkled with garlic, salt, & pepper. They taste great dipped in!

    List of Ingredients




    5 oz. fro. Chopped Spinach, thawed (all liquid squeezed out)
    14 oz. Artichoke Hearts (no oil), cut up
    3 bulbs Garlic (chopped or minced)
    8 oz. ff Cream Cheese
    8 oz. lt. Neufatal Cheese
    8 oz. Mozeralla Cheese (shredded)
    Parmesean Cheese

    Recipe



    Mix together the 2 cream cheeses and Mozz. cheese. Add in the garlic, spinach and artichokes. Add in parm. cheese if wish. Put into a baking dish and bake at 350' for about 15-20 minutes or mixture is hot, bubbly, and browned on top.
    This best served hot/warm.
