    List of Ingredients




    3 lb. pork loin end roast
    1 lb. bag pinto beans, washed and picked through
    7 C. water
    1 onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 T. chili powder
    1 T. salt
    1 T. cumin
    1 t. oregano
    4 oz. cn green chiles

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients in a lrg. pot and boil gently for about 5 hours. Remove meat from bones, let simmer with the lid off for about 30 minutes or until thick.

    Serve over corn chips (fritos) with shr. cheddar, ch. tomatoes, ch. lettuce and black olives if desired.
