Tzatsiki (Cucumber & Yogurt Dip)

3 cups plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated
1 generous Tablespoon olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon, strained
salt to taste
chopped fresh dillRecipe
Mix together all ingredients except the dill. Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 8 hours or overnight. Before serving stir, then sprinkle with the dill. May be served as a dip with toasted pita bread.
