This is so easy and very good! Makes your house smell wonderful too!

Applesauce, homemade-see below
Sugar
Cinnamon
Allspice
Ground ClovesRecipe
Wash apples, cut and core. Cook w/skins on untill like applesauce consistency. Remove from heat and run through a food mill to remove the skins.
Now measure how much applesauce you have.
For every 2 Cups od sauce add;
1 C. Sugar
1 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Allspice
1/2 t. Ground Cloves
Stir together real good and cook in a CROCKPOT on "high" for 6-8 hours covered. Then remove the lid and cook down to desired thickness, about 3 hours. BE SURE TO STIR EACH HOUR!
Seal while hot into sterilized jars and process in water bath for 10 min.
