Recipe Introduction


We ate a ton of this stuff when I was a kid. Ice Cream during the
depression was a rare, if not non-existant treat. Enter the Ice cream
made with food ration materials like canned milk. Here is how we made it.


List of Ingredients




1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 gallon fresh clean snow

Recipe



In a large bowl mix first four ingredients until smooth.

Gradually stir in snow until desired consistency
