    Memories from childhood ...Use fresh snow, and make sure it is clean!

    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs beaten
    1 1/2 C. sugar
    2 C. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    a dash of salt

    Add snow to desired consistency. And enjoy. I realize some people may not like to eat raw eggs. You might want to try Egg Beaters, but you are on your own. I live in Houston, TX, so it is not likely that I will get a chance to try this one.
