    List of Ingredients

    1 box hot roll mix
    1/4-1/2 C. thousand island dressing
8 oz. can Sauerkraut, drained- all liquid squeezed out
6 oz. thinly sliced Pastrami or corned beef
    1/4 lb. swiss cheese, sliced
    caraway seeds

    Recipe

Mix hot roll mix according to box directions.
Roll the dough out to a rectangle 14x10 " size (approx).
Spread dressing down the center third of the dough. Top with layers of; pastrami/corned beef, cheese, and kraut.
Cut 1" size strips along each side of filling to the dough edge. Alternating sides, fold strips at an angle across the filling (crisscross). Cover and let rise in warm place about 20 min. or so. Brush top of dough strips with egg white wash and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Bake at 400' for 25 min. or till done-should be golden brown. Cool slightly, cut into slices and serve.

I like to serve this with a really good fruit, pudding, jello salad. Or a nice green salad.
