These are easy to make and very delicious!


List of Ingredients




1 C. Flour
1 Egg
3 T. Sour Cream
pinch salt

Recipe



Mix together with your hands. Roll out into rectangle on a floured surface just as thin as you can get it. Sprinkle a little flour on top. Roll it up jelly roll style and cut 1/4" wide. Unroll and lay them out flat to dry completely on lightly floured surface.
Cook as usual either in broth, soup, or water.

You can drain and put butter and parsley, salt and pepper and serve as a side dish or add to homemade chicken or turkey soup.
