1 C. white rice,cooked and cooled
1-11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
3 green onions, chopped
salted peanuts-just use desired amount
dash pepper
1/2 C + mayonaise (I use hellmans light)
Recipe
Mix all ingred. together starting with 1/2 C mayo and adding more as needed. Then gently fold in the mandarin oranges being careful to not totally crush them! Put in fridge and chill till ready to serve.
