    List of Ingredients




    9 ice cubes
    1 C. 1% milk
    1/2 t. vanilla extract ( I use 1t banana extract)
    2T. sf/ff instant banana cream pudding mix
    2T. ff cool whip
    1 banana (I like to use a frozen one and use less ice)

    Recipe



    Put all ingred. into a blender and blend till smooth.

    This makes 1 serving and is 4 WW points.
