    BARBECUE CHICKEN AND SMOKED GOUDA PIZZA

    6 oz. pkg. Oscar Mayer Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
    1/2 cup Kraft Original barbecue sauce
    4 oz. smoked Gouda cheese, coarsely shredded
    14 oz. Boboli pizza crust
    1/2 medium red onion, sliced thinly

    Position rack in center of oven. Place large baking sheet on rack and preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Place chicken in a medium bowl and toss with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Spread half of cheese on Boboli. Arrange chicken slices on Boboli, spacing evenly. Spoon any remaining barbecue sauce from bowl over chicken. Sprinkle red onion over chicken. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Transfer pizza to hot baking sheet. Bake until bottom of crust is crisp and cheese on top melts, about 15 minutes. Let pizza stand 5 minutes before cutting into 8 slices.
