2 c. torn romaine
1 small pear diced
1/2 c. fresh raspberries – or – halved strawberries
10 pecan halves, toasted
2 T. dried cranberries – or – orange-flavored dried cranberries
1/4 c. reduced-fat raspberry vinaigretteRecipe

Divide romaine between 2 salad plates. Top with pears, raspberries, pecans and cranberries. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
