One package Each:
Sage Sausage
Crescent Roll (The kind in the refrigerator isle with the biscuits)
cream cheese (8 oz pkg.)
Recipe
Cook sausage until done, breaking up. Drain off grease and mix with cream cheese. Spread crescent roll dough out in a long rectangle on wax paper, pinching the seams together so they stay. Spread cream cheese mixture out on crescent roll dough and roll up as tightly as you can from the long side (This takes a bit of practice)
Set in fridge overnight.
Slice and bake in a single layer, about a half inch to an inch apart on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
