    3 pts/serving (8 servings total). 2pts with Morningstar crumbles instead of ground beef.

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1/2c. chopped celery
    1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
    1 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 C. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 TBsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. unpacked brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef and drain. Combine all ingred. in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Serve on buns or over mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
