    1 cup hot mashed potatoes
    1 cup flaked salmon
    Egg and crumbs
    Salt and pepper
    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    Recipe



    Add potato in salmon. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Shape into cutlets, egg and crumbs and fry in deep fat.
