    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 lb. boneless pork, cut into srips
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 1 can (about 15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 jar (14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Sweet Roasted Onion & Garlic cooking sauce
    • 6 flour tortillas (10")
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    • Sour Cream
    • Pace Chunky Salsa


    Instructions


    1. In 10" skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp. oil. Add pork. Cook until browned and done, stirring often. Add tomatoes, beans and sweet roasted onion & garlic cooking sauce. Remove from heat and let cool 10 min.
    2. Divide pork mixture among tortillas. Top with cheese. Fold two sides over 1" and roll up. Moisten edge with water to seal.
    3. In 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat remaining oil. Add burriots seam-side down, 3 at a time, and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 min. Remove and keep warm. Repeat with remaining burritos. To serve, cut in half on the diagonal and serve with sour cream and salsa.


    Final Comments


    Makes 6 burritos.
