    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup light cream cheese with roasted garlic (from 8-oz. tub)
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 2/3 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
    • 1/4 cup chopped celery
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 36 thin slices French bread
    • 2 to 3 Italian plum tomatoes, cut into 36 thin slices
    • 36 sprigs fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. In small bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Add mayonnaise; stir to combine. Add chopped olives, celery and parlsey; mix well.
    2. Spread about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread. Top each with tomato and sprig of parsley. Store in refrigerator.
