Olive and Roasted Garlic Canapes

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light cream cheese with roasted garlic (from 8-oz. tub)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 36 thin slices French bread
- 2 to 3 Italian plum tomatoes, cut into 36 thin slices
- 36 sprigs fresh parsley
Instructions
- In small bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Add mayonnaise; stir to combine. Add chopped olives, celery and parlsey; mix well.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread. Top each with tomato and sprig of parsley. Store in refrigerator.
