    Pillsbury Holiday Appetizers

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 oz. light pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
    • 1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 3 tablespoons skim milk
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons Old El Paso 40% Less-Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix (from 1.25-oz. pkg.)
    • 3 oz. baked bite-sized tortilla chips (about 64 chips)
    • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped Italian plum tomatoes (about 5 medium)
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


    Instructions


    1. In small saucepan, combine cheese product, Cheddar cheese, milk and taco seasoning mix; mix well. Cook over medium-low heat until cheeses are melted and smooth, stirring frequently.

    2. Meanwhile, arrange chips on large serving platter. Pour warm cheese mixture over chips. Top with tomatoes and cilantro. Serve immediately.
