    Campbell's Soup for Life Plan


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large carrot, cut into matchstick-thin strips
    • 2 stalks celery, cut into matchstick-thin strips
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tbsp. dry white wine
    • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    • Generous dash pepper
    • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup or Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 lb. firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or halibut)


    Instructions


    1. MIX carrot, celery, onion, water, wine, thyme, and pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until tender-crisp.
    2. ADD soup and heat to a boil.
    3. ADD fish. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
