Campbell's Soup for Life Plan
List of Ingredients
- 1 large carrot, cut into matchstick-thin strips
- 2 stalks celery, cut into matchstick-thin strips
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- Generous dash pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup or Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 lb. firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or halibut)
Instructions
- MIX carrot, celery, onion, water, wine, thyme, and pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until tender-crisp.
- ADD soup and heat to a boil.
- ADD fish. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
