    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
    • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
    • 4 cups ready-to-serve fat-free vegetable broth
    • 1 cup uncooked rosamarina (orzo) pasta (6 ounces)
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) red kindey beans, rinsed and drained


    Instructions


    1. Spray 3-quart saucepan with cooking spray. Cook onion in saucepan over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
    2. Stir in tomatoes, broth, pasta, oregano, red pepper and garlic. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
    3. Stir in beans. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or until beans are hot.
