A carrot cake with a twist.
List of Ingredients
SECTION 1
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 egg yolks
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp hot water

SECTION 2
2 c. flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. grated cooked beets
1/2 c. chopped nuts

3 stiffly beaten egg whitesRecipe
Take all ingredients from SECTION 1, beat well
add all ingredients from SECTION 2, mix thoroughly
fold in egg whites
Pour in 9 x 13 pan
bake 50-60 minutes 350°
