    Crunchy Celery Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 quart celery 8-9 stalks
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 soup can of milk
    1/2 cup melted margarine
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

    Recipe

    Cook celery in water until tender, but still crisp and drain. Blend soup, milk and add to celery along with nuts.
    Place mixture in 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Combine margarine and crackers and spread on top of celery mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
