LEMON PEPPER FISH over WILD RICE

List of Ingredients
4 planks of fresh or thawed fish
8 pats of real butter
4 pinches of kosher salt (or table salt)
4 pinches of Lemon Pepper seasoning
2 cups of wild rice (will turn into 4 cups)
1 cookie sheet

Preheat oven to heating given on fish package for
baking fish. Tear off 4 pcs. of foil - large enough to
wrap each plank of fish. Put fish in the middle of
each of these pcs. of foil. Put 2 pats of real butter,
1 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of lemon pepper seasoning
onto each plank of fish. Wrap each fish plank in
it's foil. Bake fish as directed on fish package.
Prepare wild rice as directed on package. Sometimes
we'll add peas, carrots, and sauteed onions & celery
-or- we'll add one can of stewed tomatoes to the rice.
You can also do this with chicken.
