    List of Ingredients




    2 T creamy mayo mustard blend
    2 T non-fat mayo
    1 egg white
    2 6oz cans tuna, in water, drained and flaked
    1/2 c dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c chopped green onions

    Recipe



    Combine first three ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. Add
    tuna, 1/4 c bread crumbs, and green onions; stir well. Divide mixture
    into equal portions (4), into 4" patties. Press remaining bread
    crumbs into both sides of the patties.

    Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray , place over med-hi
    heat until hot. Add patties, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Turn
    patties and cook 3 minutes more until golden brown.

    Serve on buns with mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion.

    I mixed mayo and mustard to make the blend, as I didn't have anything
    else. I might cut back on the mustard slightly, rather than the half
    and half mix.
