    EASY SPINACH QUICHE

    THIS RECIPE MAKES 2 9" DEEP DISH PIES. I PREFER TO USE READY MADE CRUST BUT IT IS JUST AS GOOD WITH HOME-MADE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS MILK
    • 4 EGGS
    • 1/4 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
    • 1 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1 (10 OZ) PACKAGE CHOPPED FROZEN SPINACH*
    • 8 OZ SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 1 CUP CUBED COOKED HAM (OPTIONAL)


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F.
    2. IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT TOGETHER MILK, EGGS, BUTTER, & PARMESAN CHEESE. BATTER WILL BE SLIGHTLY LUMPY.
    3. STIR IN SPINACH, HAM & CHEDDAR CHEESE. POUR INTO PIE CRUSTS.
    4. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 45-50 MINUTES.


    Final Comments


    *BROCCOLI CAN BE SUBSTITUTED FOR SPINACH
