    BROILED CRAB MELTAWAYS


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 PKG OF 6 ENGLISH MUFFINS
    • 1 7 OZ CAN CRAB MEAT - WELL DRAINED
    • 1 STICK MARGARINE
    • 1 6 OZ JAR OLD ENGLISH SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 2 TBSP MAYONNAISE
    • 1/2 TSP SEASONED SALT
    • 1/2 TSP GARLIC SALT


    Instructions


    1. SLICE MUFFINS IN HALF, CUT EACH HALF INTO 4THS & ARRANGE ON COOKIE SHEET

    2. MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS IN SMALL BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER

    3. SPREAD ON ENGLISH MUFFIN QUARTERS. FREEZE THEM FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS., EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO USE THEM THAT NIGHT(THEY CAN BE FROZEN FOR WEEKS)

    4. BROIL THEM UNTIL THEY PUFF UP AND ARE BUBBLY AND SLIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN (TAKES A FEW MINUTES)

    5. SERVE HOT
