    Polynesian Salad


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 SMALL PKG OF INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING MIX
    • 1 20OZ. CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, UNDRAINED
    • 1/2 CUP MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
    • 1/2 CUP PECANS, CHOPPED
    • 1 8OZ CARTON COOL WHIP


    Instructions


    1. POUR DRY PUDDING MIX OVER UNDRAINED PINEAPPLE & MIX. ADD MARSHMALLOWS & NUTS. SLOWLY FOLD IN COOL WHIP.

    2. REFRIGERATE 3 TO 4 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
