HOT CHICKEN SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 4 CUPS COLD CUT UP CHICKEN
- 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 2/3 CUP FINELY CHOPPED TOASTED ALMONDS
- 3/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 CUP GRATED CHEESE- PARMESAN
- 2 CUPS CHOPPED CELERY
- 4 HARD COOKED EGGS - DICED
- 3/4 CUP CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 TSP ONION - FINELY DICED
- 2 PIMIENTO - CUT FINE
- 1 1/2 CUPS CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL EXCEPT CHEESE, POTATO CHIPS AND ALMONDS.
- PLACE IN A LARGE RECTANGLE DISH (9 X 12 GLASS DISH)
- TOP WITH CHEESE, THEN CHIPS AND THEN ALMONDS
- LET STAND OVERNIGHT IN REFRIGERATOR.
- BAKE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 20 - 25 MINUTES.
