Hummus - Black Bean Hummus

1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can black beans; drain & *reserve liquid
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 ½ tbsp. tahini
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Recipe
Add 2 tbsp. reserved liquid, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt, & cayenne pepper.
Process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Add additional seasoning & liquid to taste.
