Brie - Crescent Brie Jewels

1 pack crescent rolls
1/3 cups cranberry sauce, or Apricot preserves or Raspberry Jam, (seedless)
1 (8 oz.) wheel of Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
sliced almonds, or mint leaves
Preheat oven to 375F.
Pinch off pieces of dough and press into mini muffin tins.
Bake 17 minutes and remove from oven.
Add a cube of the brie, some topping, and almonds.
Place back in oven and continue baking until cheese is melty and “cups” are golden brown (about 5–7 minutes).
