Meatballs - Hawaiian (IP or Crockpot)

1 bag frozen meatballs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained, reserve juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
Mix cornstarch & sugar.
Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar & soy sauce until smooth.
Cook , stirring constantly at boil 1 min. until thick.
Combine all ingredients including sauce in Instant Pot.
Seal the pressure valve to seal.
Set on 'Manual' for 5 minutes.
When done, use the quick release.
Put meatballs into crockpot.
Add sauce, pineapple & bell pepper and mix.
Cover & put on high 1 hour.
Turn down to low while serving.
Serve hot with toothpicks.
