    London Broil
    Any marinade to your liking will do!

    If your local Supermarket has them, get the London Broil Steaks.
    Very little loss from the fat on them and if your Supermarkets are anything like ours they go on sale about once a month.
    Have the butcher cut them for you if you don't have a slicer.
    Ask them to cut it ¼ inch thick and be sure to cut it across the grain.
    If they cut it with the grain it will be very tough.
