    2 (10 oz.) chopped spinach, thawed & drained
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts, cut into chunks
    2 C sour cream
    2 C mayonnaise
    2 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)

    Recipe






    Mix dry soup mix with sour cream.
    Add spinach & water chestnuts.
    Chill over night.



    FOR A CROWD:

    (Double Recipe)

    4 (10 oz.) chopped spinach, thawed & drained
    4 cans sliced water chestnuts, cut into chunks
    4 C sour cream
    4 C mayonnaise
