    Recipe Introduction

Really the choices of fruit are endless! I use whatever I have around, or what’s on sale. It’s always a little different, but it’s always delicious!
As far as the wine, inexpensive is best, even 99 cent store!

    List of Ingredients

1 750 ml dry red wine
1 750 ml dry white wine
    2 qt. orange juice
    1 pint apple juice
    2 tbsp. sugar
2 cans peach or apricot nectar, (Kern’s is good)
1 ca 7-Up or Sprite, (add just before serving)
    1 gallon bottle

    Recipe

Add all into bottle and shake to mix well.
Squeeze juice from wedges of oranges, lemon, lime (as much as you want)

Drop into bottle, your choice of:
    * Sliced peaches, oranges, apples, pears, frozen strawberries, lemons and lime, a few maraschino cherries, etc.

    Keep refrigerated.

Remember the best Sangrias are chilled at least 24 hours in frig. - allowing flavors to really marinate into each other. The longer it sits, the smoother it becomes…if you can wait that long!

Add 7-Up and ice just before serving.

    Other ideas of fruit:

1 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries (add just before serving)
1 small can diced pineapple with juice
