    List of Ingredients




    4 stalks celery, diced
    4 green onions, diced
    1 sml. can chopped black olives
    � C raisins
    � C sugar
    1 � tsp. cinnamon
    1 can water chestnuts, diced
    Turkey giblets, chopped
    1 � - 2 C broth or water
    2 tbsp. butter, optional
    1 � box Mrs. Cubbison�s Dresing
    1 tube pork sausage

    Recipe




    Mix together celery, onion, water chestnuts, olive & raisins.
    In a saucepan, fry & crumble sausage until no longer pink.
    Drain grease.
    Add vegetables, giblets & butter.
    Add broth and/or water to desired consistency.
    Add cinnamon & sugar to taste.
    Saute & then mix in dressing.

    Butter turkey inside & out.
    Spoon dressing into turkey.
    Skewer to close cavities.

    Bake according to direction.

    Leftover dressing or if doing outside of turkey

    Spray casserole with �Pam�.
    Bake dressing during last 45 mins. with turkey.
    Cover 30 mins. And uncover for last 15 mins.to brown.
