    4-5 potatoes (skin on), thinly sliced
    1 small chopped onion
    2-3 C cooked ham, diced
    Velveeta cut into cubes (about a quarter of large box)
    Small container french fried onions
    1 can corn
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 C sour cream
    1 C milk

    Recipe





    Preheat oven to 375.
    Spray 9"X13" pan with Pam.
    Mix together soup, sour cream & milk in a bowl.
    If needed, add milk if too thick *(want it fairly thick & not runny).

    Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 ham, 1/2 onion, 1/2 corn, 1/2 french fried onions & 1/2 cheese.
    Spread 1/2 soup mixture over top.
    Repeat another layer with remaining ingredients (in same order) ending with soup mixture.
    Cover with foil & bake 1 hour 15 mins. or until potatoes are tender.
    Remove foil & broil until top is browned.
    Enjoy!
