    Recipe Introduction

Best roast I've ever eaten! Always requested!

    List of Ingredients

    • 3-4 lb roast (anything on sale)
    • 5-8 cloves of garlic (to your liking)
    • 1 jar sliced Peppercini, cut stems off before adding to crockpot
    • fresh mushrooms (optional)
    • onions (optional)
    • 1 C beef broth
    • envelope of dry Italian dressing (optional)
    • Provolone or mozzarella cheese
    • Hoagie rolls

    Instructions

    1. Slice garlic cloves (I use minced in a jar) into thirds lengthwise.
Make slits in roast & insert garlic all over roast or sprinkle over all.
      Put roast into crock pot.
Mix Italian dressing & broth with peppercini (including liquid) & pour all over roast.
Add beef broth so there is enough liquid to cook meat.
Cook on low 8-10 hrs or until falling apart.
      Shred beef with 2 forks.

    2. Serve on hoagie rolls (toasted if desired) with cheese & choice of condiments.

    3. When making sandwiches:
      - place meat in rolls
      - cover with cheese
      - zap in microwave for few seconds.
      - don't forget to use Peppercini in sandwiches.

    4. **For a spicier and hotter taste, add some sliced jalapenos, an envelope of Lipton
Onion Soup Mix and some sliced onions.
