    A delicious & easy, stir & dump type soup. Not spicy unless you chose to put in more green salsa verde! I've included the name brands I like, but you can use any.


    List of Ingredients




    4 C cooked chicken, tear into bite size pieces
    2 (14 oz.) can S&W small white beans
    1 (10 oz.) can Herdz green salsa verde
    2 (18 oz.) bags C&W frozen petite white sweet corn
    48 oz. chicken broth

    Recipe




    Mix together all ingredients & bring to a boil.
    Turn down & simmer 20 minutes.


    Garnish: Set these on a plate for each person to chose to add.

    chopped cilantro lime wedges
    chopped green onion chopped tomatoes

    Serves 8
