    Baked Ravioli Bites

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg (9oz) Four cheese ravioli
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup dry Italian bread crumbs
    • Olive oil spray
    • 7 oz Pesto sauce


    Instructions


    1. Prepare ravioli as packaged.
    2. Preheat broiler. Grease baking sheet. Dip ravioli into beaten eggs and then coat with breat crumbs.
    3. Place on baking sheet and spray the tops with the oil spray.
    4. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Turn and spray the other side and broil for another minute.
    5. Top with 1 tsp of pesto and choice of toppings such as cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, Parmesan, peppers, etc.
