    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 Pkg packed Italian parsley
    • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
    • 2 cans (15-oz each) red beans, drained and rinsed
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 2/4 cup Arrabbiata Sauce
    • 2 tbl. EVOO
    • Crackers or Grilled Bread


    Instructions


    1. Combine parsley & garlic in food processor; process for 30 seconds. Add beans, salt & pepper; process for 1 minute.
    2. Scrape down sides of processor, process for 30 more seconds. With processor running ass sauce and oil. Process for 30 more seconds until smooth.
    3. Serve with crackers or grilled bread for spreading.
