    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup + 1 tbl coconut flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 cup egg white protein powder
    • 1 1/2 cup egg whites
    • 1 cup applesauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine ingredients in bowl using mixer, mix until smooth.
    2. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
