Sheet Pound Cake

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 oz butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup wholemilk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9x13 rimmed baking sheet with spray and line with parchment. Dust with flour, tapping out excess. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Beat in zest, and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Reduce speed to med and beat in flour mix alternating with milk.
- Spread batter into sheet. Bake until tester inserted comes out clean, 15 minutes.
