    Sheet Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 2 1/2 oz butter, softened
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
    • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup wholemilk


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9x13 rimmed baking sheet with spray and line with parchment. Dust with flour, tapping out excess. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

    2. Cream butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Beat in zest, and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Reduce speed to med and beat in flour mix alternating with milk.

    3. Spread batter into sheet. Bake until tester inserted comes out clean, 15 minutes.
