    White Bean & Tuna Panzanella

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 baguette, torn into pieces
    • 4 tbl EVOO
    • 19 oz cannelli beans, drained
    • 2 pickles, cut into bite sized
    • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
    • 2 tbl red wine vinegar
    • 12 oz tuna
    • Salt & Pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat broiler. Toss baugette with 1 tbl of oil. Broil until golden, 3-4 minutes.
    2. Combine beans, pickles, onion, vinegar and oil, salt & pepper. Fold in baugette and top with drained tuna.
