Prosecco Cocktails

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pt blackberries
- 3/4 cup sweet red vermouth
- 2 Tbl superfine sugar
- 1 bottle Prosecco, shilled
Instructions
- Gently stir together the blackberries, vermouth and sugar in bowl. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until blackberries release juices and sugar dissolves. About 1 hour.
- Spoon 2 Tbl blackberry juice into champagne flutes with a few blackberries. Top with Prosecco.
