List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 3/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 tsp butter rum extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Confectioners' Sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350. Coat baking dish with nonstick spr in extract and nuts.ay.
- Melt butter in med size saucepan. Add sugar, eggs and flour, mix till well blended. Stir in extract and nuts.
- Pour into dish and bake about 25 minutes.
- Cool completely on wire rack and dust with confectioners' sugar.
