    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
    • 1 3/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups self-rising flour
    • 1 tsp butter rum extract
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • Confectioners' Sugar for dusting


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350. Coat baking dish with nonstick spr in extract and nuts.ay.
    2. Melt butter in med size saucepan. Add sugar, eggs and flour, mix till well blended. Stir in extract and nuts.
    3. Pour into dish and bake about 25 minutes.
    4. Cool completely on wire rack and dust with confectioners' sugar.
