    List of Ingredients


    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 large egg yolk
    • 1/3 cup flour
    • 3/4 cup creme frai
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 12 oz cherries, halved and pitted


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 9-in baking dish, 1 1/4 inches deep. Coat with sugar and tap out the excess.
    2. Whisk eggs, yolk and flour in med bowl; whisk in the creme fraiche, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    3. Arrange cherries in dish. Strain batter over cherries. Bake until browned around the edges and set in the center, 30-35 minutes. Let cool slightly and dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve warm with creme fraiche.
