List of Ingredients
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Cup flour
1 1/2 teas. baking powder
1/2 Cup milk
1 1/2 Tbl. butter, melted
1 Cup raw cranberries
SAUCE
1 Cup sugar
1 Tbl. flour
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 teas. vanilla
Pinch of saltRecipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sift together first three ingredients. Add milk, butter and berries.
Pour into an 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Sauce: Mix together sugar and flour; add evaporated milk, butter, vanilla and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Cut cake and spoon warm sauce over.
